• A minimum of $100 deposit is required to secure all bookings, deposit amount will be communicated prior to invoicing and clearly stated on the invoice.

• All deposit payments are non-refundable and not transferable.

• Payment of deposit is considered as acceptance by you of the terms and conditions herein. Where Tally Twinklewing has not required a deposit to be paid, these terms and conditions are considered to be accepted upon your written or verbal confirmation of the booking.

• Deposit contributes towards the total booking cost.

• Travel fees apply to certain locations and you will be notified of any additional such fees upon booking. Should you change the location of your event after booking to a location where a travel fee would usually be incurred, we reserve the right to invoice you for the additional travel fees.

• Parking fees may apply to bookings where no free parking is available. Tally Twinklewing reserves the right to invoice you for parking fees after your booking if we are not made aware prior to the day of the booking that free parking is unavailable.

• All invoices must be paid in full at least seven (7) days before the booking date, unless Tally Twinklewing expressly agreed otherwise.

• You will receive several reminders via email and/or private message about payment in the lead up to your event until payment has been successfully made.

 • Rescheduling a booking will attract a fee of 50% if 24 hours (1 day) or less notice is given, 30% if up to 72 hours (3 days) notice is given and 20% if up to 7 days notice is given, which is payable at the time of rebooking.

• Rescheduling with more then 7 days notice will not incur any additional fees.

• All Rescheduling is subject to availability of Tally Twinklewing and not guaranteed.

• Deposit may only be credited once per booking. Any

further changes will require a new booking deposit.

• Booking cancelations made with 7 days or less notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings canceled within 48 hours (2 days) or less will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

• In case of extreme weather conditions, illness or other unforeseen circumstances above cancelation fees will be placed on hold as a credit for rescheduling within 12 months.

• I require 30 minutes prior to the event for set-up, and 30 minutes following the booking for pack-down. With an additional 10 minutes for events requiring gazebo hire.

• Sufficient access to the event location must be provided during these times.

• Tally Twinklewing has many varying outfits and wing styles that are shown across the website and social media pages, however we do not show the full range. Costumes and props can require repairs, maintenance and to be replaced from time to time, we reserve the right to use alternative outfits and wings to what is displayed on our website and social media pages.

• Tally Twinklewing does not tolerate any type of workplace violence. For the purposes of this policy, our workplace extends to the premises at witch we are providing entertainment as we are a mobile business and includes any and all communications such as phone calls, emails, private messages and text messages. Examples of such behaviour include, but are not limited to, being verbally abusive or making any kind of threat, yelling, swearing or speaking disrespectfully, displaying aggressive or hostile behaviour that creates a reasonable fear of injury to another person or subjects another individual to emotional distress, intentionally damaging property or personal items, committing acts motivated by, or related to, sexual harassment, causing any type of physical injury to another person.

• For the health and safety of all individuals, no person other than myself (Tally Twinklewing) is permitted to handle or touch the kit, brushes, paints, water, glitter, or any other items brought to the booking without my explicit consent.

• Any individual displaying symptoms of illness, such as, but not limited to, sneezing, coughing, or a runny nose, may, at my digression, be excluded from face painting. This is to ensure the health and safety of all participants and to prevent potential contamination of my kit.

• Any individual who is distressed, or who expressed that they do not wish to be painted, will not be painted, even if their parent, guardian, or care giver insists. I will happily engage with any individual who experiences sensory overwhelm and assist in preparing them for face painting, but will immediately cease if they indicate that they no longer wish to start.

• Tally Twinklewing reserves the right to refuse service and enforce above terms and conditions to any person that has breached our Health & Safety policy. Examples of this include, but are not limited to, refusing to respond to messages or refusing to provide our services at any party or event.

• Any breach of the Health & Safety policy that causes Tally Twinklewing to cease providing service and leave the premises will be deemed a cancellation on the part of the customer and no refunds will be given.

• Tally Twinklewing will not be held responsible for the behaviour of any child or other person attending your event. I (Tally Twinklewing) reserve the right to cease entertainment at my discretion, if behaviour of any child or guest becomes unacceptable, or if there is any unreasonable risk of harm to myself, other children or event guests.

• You agree that either yourself or a nominated adult will remain present for the duration of the event, and will be responsible for the supervision of the event and that you will advise Tally Twinklewing who that supervising adult is prior to the commencement of the entertainment.

• Photos and videos are only taken with clear consent from individuals 18± years or both the parent/guardian and the child, verbally or in writing via email or social media. We respect child safety and privacy.

• Media may be used for promotional purposes (e.g. social media, website, or printed materials). We never share names, ages, or personal details, and photos are never taken in unsafe or inappropriate situations.

• Images are stored securely, used only for Tally Twinklewing’s and/or Vibrant Sounds promotional content, and deleted when no longer needed. We may use trusted third-party services (e.g. printers) but never sell or license images.

• If you withdraw consent, photos will be removed from digital platforms promptly, though we cannot recall printed materials already distributed.
